Adam C. Kachurak originally joined Mannion Prior, LLP in 2011 and rejoined the firm in 2021. Adam primarily practices before the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas in matters concerning fiduciary duties, testamentary document disputes, guardianships, powers of attorney, and fiduciary compensation. Adam also advises individuals and corporate fiduciaries on their exercise of fiduciary duties and discretion, the mitigation of risk, and the nonjudicial resolution of disagreements.
