Obadiah "Obie" English Has Been Named a Partner at Mannion Prior
Obie joined Mannion Prior, LLP in the fall of 2009 and his practice is concentrated in litigation involving trusts, estates, guardianships and other fiduciary matters. Obie also counsels clients on select matters related to commercial and general civil litigation. He has represented both individuals and corporate clients in a variety of matters in the Orphans' Court and the Civil Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania, including will and trust disputes, probate disputes and fiduciary surcharge actions. He has also appeared before the Appellate Courts of Pennsylvania. Obie is Treasurer of the Montgomery Bar Association's Probate & Tax Section and an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Probate and Trust Law Section, and the Bucks County Bar Association's Orphans' Court Section. Obie earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of both Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
