John Higgins Completes Montgomery Bar Association Leadership Academy

Mannion Prior Attorney John Higgins is a recent graduate of the Montgomery Bar Association’s 2022 Leadership Academy. 

Each year, the Bar Association selects a small group of promising attorneys to complete the year-long course run by Nancy Walsh. The Leadership Academy “lets a select group identify their strengths and weaknesses while working through a project intended to better the Bar Association.”

The mission of the Leadership Academy is to foster leadership within the Montgomery Bar Association by identifying a diverse and inclusive group of present and future leaders. The program is designed to enhance a broad range of leadership skills; develop a strong awareness of individual strengths, weaknesses, behaviors and traits; foster professional relationships within the Bar Association and throughout the greater community; promote opportunities for professional community service; and raise the level of awareness and engagement among participants regarding issues facing the legal profession and leaders at large today.

We are delighted that John will bring the valuable skills learned in the Leadership Academy to Mannion Prior. Congratulations, John!
