John F. Higgins joined Mannion Prior, LLP in January 2018. John primarily practices before the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas in matters involving estates, trusts, powers of attorney, and guardianships. John also advises corporations and individuals on issues related to their service as fiduciaries and their status as beneficiaries and other interested parties. Before joining Mannion Prior, John served as the Orphans’ Court law clerk to President Judge Richard M. Hughes, III of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
